We’re committed to nurturing Africa’s top talent and helping them shape the future of technology. Through our scholarship program, we’ll equip exceptional individuals with the practical skills and experience they need to lead, innovate, and thrive on the global stage.
For our first cohort, we’re starting with First Class and Upper Second Class (2:1) graduates, giving high-potential candidates the chance to fast-track their journey into tech. As the program grows,
we plan to open doors to an even wider pool of talents and diverse backgrounds.
From Passion to Prowess
We would help you figure out what it takes to start developing apps or creating products. We’ll teach you the programming skills, product design, and soft skills needed to take your project from concept to reality.
Available Tracks
Full-Stack Development
This track combines Frontend (what users see) and Backend (the engine that powers it) to help you create fully functional, modern web applications. You’ll learn how to design responsive user interfaces, connect them to secure servers and databases, and deliver seamless digital experiences from start to finish.
Product Design
Transform ideas into human-centered solutions. This track introduces design thinking, UI/UX principles, and prototyping tools to create products that are not only beautiful but also easy to use. It’s ideal for creative problem solvers who want to merge art and functionality.
Product Management
Learn to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of successful digital products. This track covers market research, roadmap creation, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies—empowering you to bridge the gap between users, designers, and developers.
Quality Assurance
Ensure products meet the highest standards before reaching users. This track teaches you how to test software systematically, identify bugs, and guarantee performance, security, and reliability. Perfect for detail-oriented individuals passionate about delivering excellence.

Our Application Process
Our process is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on finding high-potential talents
Step 1: Online Application (Sept 11–Oct. 25)
Submit a short form, your academic transcript, and an optional portfolio or GitHub link.
Step 2: Application Review (Oct 26-10 Nov.)
Our panel of mentors and application reviewers will review all submitted applications
Step 3: Selection Email (Nov. 13)
Successful applicants receive their scholarship offer and onboarding details.
Step 4: Onboarding Week (Nov. 17-24)
The selected student is fully set up, connected, and ready to start classes smoothly.
Step 5: Program Kick-off (Nov. 25)

The program is designed to equip entry-level techies with the skills required for a successful career in technology, especially software and product development. The program emphasizes technical skills but also exposes participants to marketable soft skills.
The classes and workshops are fully online. However, every learner will have access to live classes, facilitators, mentors and learning tribes.
Classes will start on October 27th, 2025.
Yes, you certainly will. It is important to note that you must take the certification exam at the completion of the academy.
Yes, there is a basic computer knowledge assessment to qualify applicants.
